Security

Security is built into every layer of VisionDigitPro. This page covers account-level security features available to all users and administrators.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

MFA adds a second verification step at login. To enable it:

1. Go to Settings › Security › MFA.
2. Click Set Up MFA and scan the QR code with an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password).
3. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm setup.
4. Save your backup codes in a secure location. Each code can only be used once.

Organisation admins can enforce MFA for all members from Settings › Team › Security Policy.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

SSO is available on Pro and Enterprise plans. Supported identity providers include Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and any SAML 2.0 or OIDC provider.

1. Go to Settings › SSO.
2. Select your identity provider and follow the setup wizard.
3. Once configured, users from your domain will be redirected to your IdP at login.

Data Export

You can export all your organisation data (assets, playlists, schedules, analytics) from Settings › Account › Export Data. Exports are prepared asynchronously and delivered as a ZIP file via email within 24 hours.

GDPR Compliance

VisionDigitPro is GDPR-compliant. We process personal data only as necessary to deliver the service. Key rights:

• Right to access — Request a copy of your data via the Data Export feature.
• Right to erasure — Email privacy@visiondigitpro.com to request account deletion and data purge.
• Data residency — Enterprise customers can request EU-only data processing.
