Assets
The Assets library is your central media store. All files you upload here can be reused across multiple playlists and canvas designs. Files are stored securely in the cloud and delivered via CDN for low-latency playback on every screen.

Uploading Assets
- Navigate to Assets in the sidebar.
- Drag files into the upload zone, or click Upload Files to open the file picker.
- Multiple files can be uploaded simultaneously. Progress is shown per file.
- Once processing completes, a thumbnail preview is generated automatically.
Organising Assets
Use the search bar and filter chips (type, date) to quickly locate files. You can rename assets by clicking their name in the detail panel. Deleting an asset that is currently in use by a playlist will prompt a warning before proceeding.
Storage Quotas
Free plans include 5 GB of asset storage. Starter plans include 50 GB, and Pro/Enterprise plans offer unlimited storage. Current usage is visible in Settings › Billing.
