Analytics

The Analytics section gives you quantitative insight into what is playing on your screens, how long it played, and whether your screens are healthy. Data is retained for 12 months on all paid plans.

Proof of Play

Every time a piece of content starts playing on a screen, the Player logs a play eventwith a timestamp, screen ID, asset ID, and duration. The Proof of Play report aggregates these events so you can verify content delivery — essential for advertising or compliance use cases.

Filter by screen, screen group, asset, or playlist, and select any date range. The table shows total plays, total display time, and a per-screen breakdown.

Screen Health

The Screen Health view charts CPU usage, memory, storage, and network quality over time for each device. Identify struggling hardware or network issues before they cause outages.

Content Performance

See which assets receive the most plays across your network in the Top Content chart. Compare performance between playlists or campaigns over a custom date range.

Exporting Reports

  1. Navigate to Analytics and configure your filters and date range.
  2. Click Export in the top-right corner.
  3. Choose CSV or PDF format.
  4. The file will download to your device. Large exports are emailed when ready.
