Getting Started
VisionDigitPro is a cloud-based digital signage management platform that lets you control what displays across your entire network of screens — from a single browser tab. Whether you manage one screen or thousands, VisionDigitPro gives you the tools to schedule content, monitor screen health, and measure engagement in real time.
4-Step Quickstart
- Create an account — Sign up at digitalsignagepro-cms-production.up.railway.app/register. You can use email/password or continue with Google or Microsoft.
- Create an organisation — After verifying your email, you will be prompted to create your first organisation. Choose a name and slug that represents your company or department. You can invite team members at any time from Settings › Team.
- Upload content — Go to Assets and drag-and-drop images, videos, or PDFs. All uploads are processed in the cloud and served via CDN for fast delivery.
- Pair a screen — Navigate to Screens, click Add Screen, and follow the on-screen pairing instructions. See the Pair First Screen guide for step-by-step instructions.
What's Next?
- Create a playlist to group and order your content.
- Set up a schedule to control when content plays.
- Use the Canvas Designer to build pixel-perfect layouts with text overlays and widgets.
