Integrations

VisionDigitPro connects with the tools your team already uses. Integrations are managed from Settings › Integrations.

Google Workspace

Display Google Slides presentations, Looker Studio dashboards, or Google Calendar event listings directly on your screens. Click Connect Google, sign in with your Google account, and grant the requested read-only permissions. Then add a Google Slides or Calendar widget in the Canvas Designer or via the playlist asset picker.

Microsoft 365

Show PowerPoint files from OneDrive or SharePoint, and embed live Power BI reports. Connect via Connect Microsoft using your work or school account. Files sync automatically when updated in OneDrive.

YouTube

Stream YouTube videos or playlists on your displays. Paste a YouTube URL when adding a video asset. Note: embedding is subject to YouTube's embedding permissions; ensure the video owner has allowed embedding.

Weather Widget

Add real-time weather data to your canvas designs using the built-in Weather widget. Configure your city or use automatic geolocation. Powered by Open-Meteo — no API key required.

RSS Feeds

Display scrolling RSS tickers from any public feed URL. Add the RSS Ticker widget in the Canvas Designer, paste the feed URL, and configure scroll speed and item count. Feeds refresh every 15 minutes.

Webhook Outbound

Receive notifications for events (screen offline, content played, schedule changed) via outbound webhooks. Configure target URLs from Settings › Integrations › Webhooks.
