VisionDigitPro offers a tiered pricing model designed to scale with your deployment. All plans include unlimited users and the full feature set; they differ in the number of active screens and storage allowance.

Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly.
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings › Billing.
- Click Upgrade Plan and select your desired tier.
- Enter payment details (credit card or invoice for Enterprise).
- The upgrade takes effect immediately; you are charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing cycle.
Cancelling
To cancel your subscription, go to Settings › Billing › Cancel Subscription. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, it downgrades to the Free tier. All your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.
Invoices
All invoices are emailed automatically and available for download from Settings › Billing › Invoice History.
