Screen Pairing

The Screens section gives you a bird's-eye view of every display registered to your organisation. From here you can pair new screens, organise them into groups, and monitor their status.

Screen Groups

Group related screens together (e.g. by floor, building, or department) to push content to multiple displays at once. Create a group from Screens › New Group, then drag screens into it.

Bulk Pairing

For large deployments, use the CSV import feature: prepare a CSV with columns name, location, pairing_code, then upload it via Screens › Bulk Import.

Screen Status Indicators

• Online (green) — Device is connected and playing content.
• Idle (yellow) — Device is connected but has no scheduled content.
• Offline (red) — Device has not checked in within the last 5 minutes.
• Pairing (blue) — Device is awaiting pairing confirmation.
