Playlists

A playlist is an ordered collection of content items (assets or canvas designs) that plays sequentially on a screen. Playlists are the primary way to programme what your displays show.

Creating a Playlist

1. Go to Playlists › New Playlist.
2. Give the playlist a name and optional description.
3. Click Add Items to open the asset picker. Select one or more assets.
4. Click Save.

Ordering Items

Drag the handle on the left of each row to reorder items. The order shown is the playback order. You can also use the Move up / Move down buttons.

Item Duration Settings

• Images & PDFs — Set a custom duration in seconds (default: 10 s).
• Videos — Duration is the natural video length by default. Override with a trim-in / trim-out range if needed.
• Canvas designs — Set duration in seconds (default: 15 s).

Transitions

Choose a transition style per-item or globally for the playlist: None, Fade, Slide Left, Slide Up, or Zoom. Transition duration is configurable from 0.3 s to 2 s.

Assigning a Playlist to a Screen

Open Screens › [screen name] and click Assign Playlist. For time-based or conditional playback, use Schedules instead.
