By accessing or using VisionDigitPro CMS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to distribute unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We target 99.9% uptime for paid plans. The Service is provided "as-is" on the free tier without uptime guarantees.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account from the Account Settings page. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionDigitPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification.
